Readable Academy · Practical AI readiness

Build the capacity
to use AI—
without losing human judgment.

Readable Academy equips people, businesses, and communities to use AI practically, safely, and responsibly—then turn that learning into work a human can review.

THE STANDARD

Useful work. Verified sources. Protected information. Clear human contribution. Accountable human review.

HUMAN-REVIEWED LEARNINGCAPACITY → EVIDENCE → OPPORTUNITY

THE CORE IDEA

AI access is not enough.
People need capacity.

Access to a tool does not teach someone when to trust it, how to verify it, or how to use it without exposing sensitive information.

Readable Academy creates a governed learning environment where people can practice, make mistakes, revise their work, and demonstrate what they can responsibly do.

Two ways into the Academy

Choose the readiness
you need to build.

Each pathway produces evidence—not just attendance. Participation never guarantees employment, Trust Audit passage, directory admission, or selection by an AI system.

Community Core · v1.0

Four modules.
One applied project.

This is not passive AI awareness. Participants practice responsible use, complete a real-world workflow, and show what changed after human review.

02MODULE

Prompting + verification

Define the task, add context and constraints, review the answer, check sources and dates, correct errors, and document what you accepted or rejected.

03MODULE

Practical application

Apply AI to a bounded real-world task in education, job search, work, small business, ministry, research, or community leadership.

04MODULE

Capstone + human review

Build a useful artifact, distinguish your contribution from AI’s, document safety precautions, revise after feedback, and present the work for human review.

The completion standard

Attendance alone is not enough.

Completion requires the safety assessment, practical exercises, responsible-use acknowledgment, an accepted capstone or equivalent, and documented human approval. Revision and reassessment are built into the learning process.

What participants actually do

Coursework that produces
observable evidence.

Every module ends in work a participant can explain and a reviewer can inspect. The goal is not to memorize AI vocabulary. It is to demonstrate safe, useful, accountable practice.

01

Foundations + Safety

Evaluate AI responses for hallucinations, unsafe requests, misinformation, sensitive data, and decisions that must remain human.

Safety assessment + responsible-use acknowledgment
02

Prompting + Verification

Repair a weak prompt, add context and constraints, verify material claims, compare sources, check freshness, and correct the output.

Prompt-improvement worksheet + source-verification record
03

Practical Application

Build a bounded AI-assisted workflow for education, employment, work, small business, ministry, research, or community leadership.

Pathway-specific applied artifact
04

Capstone + Review

Document the problem, prompts, sources, privacy precautions, AI contribution, human contribution, feedback, and revisions.

To complete the program

The work must be finished,
revised, and human-approved.
